About Us

We are a group of Queensland parents of trans and gender diverse children who love our children fiercely and are dismayed by the current political interference into our children’s health care. We have found each other through our similar struggles and have been compelled to stand up for our children’s rights.  All we want is for our children to grow up to be healthy and confident adults, who live their best lives.

Parenting in this time is challenging, let alone finding the energy to stand up for our children’s rights. It is an overwhelming experience to figure out how to best advocate for our kids. This is why we have collated different ways of taking action for you to choose what works best for you. We have broken down the research to strengthen your arguments and bust the myths and we will keep you up to date with the latest news. And we share our stories to show politicians and the wider community who is really being hurt by this ban and what gender-affirming care means to our families and children.

We are supported by some amazing trans adults who are working tirelessly to support our young people. They were children once themselves and won’t stand by and see transgender rights erode. They fight alongside us and are integral to our advocacy.
